What the service does

Local Buddie reads your Google Business Profile, tells you what is missing, and (on a paid plan) keeps the profile maintained: posts, review replies, review requests and monitoring. The free check is genuinely free and needs no card.

What we do not promise

We do not promise rankings. Nobody can. Google decides what appears on the map, weighs distance from the searcher, and changes how it works without telling anyone. What we promise is that the work gets done properly and that you can see exactly what was done. Any service that guarantees you a number one spot is selling something it cannot deliver.

Your account and your profile

You need to be entitled to manage the business profile you connect. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your login details to yourself. If you give us access to a Google account, we act only within the permissions you granted, and you can withdraw them at any time from your Google account settings.

What we will not do on your behalf

We will not stuff keywords into your business name, invent services you do not offer, or write reviews. These breach Google's policies and risk your listing being suspended. We will also never gate review requests to filter out unhappy customers. Asking only the people likely to say something nice is against the rules and against the point.

Paying and cancelling

Paid plans run month to month unless stated otherwise. There is no contract and no notice period: cancel and you are billed for nothing further. Prices are per location and shown before you pay. One-off purchases are exactly that.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to misrepresent a business you do not run, or to attack the service itself. We may suspend an account doing any of those.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but not with a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We can end an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why. On ending, you can ask for your data as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
